Teams are not required to have their certified roster at the time of entry, but providing a link to your team's certified roster from USA Hockey or AHAI in the registration form below does make things much easier. ![]() All teams playing in USA Hockey sanctioned events will be required to submit a certified roster from USA Hockey or Hockey Canada prior to the tournament start date. All balances must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. Upon receipt of your registration, MYHockey Tournaments will hold a spot for your team for 7 days or until a deposit of $500 or full payment is received.
